The student statement provides a detailed financial history for an individual student. 

The statement identifies the student and provides information such as the student’s class, academic term, guardian information, and contact details. 

The main section of the statement is the Ledger Transactions table. 

The ledger records individual financial transactions and provides information including: 

  • Date — Date on which the transaction occurred. 
  • Type — Identifies whether the transaction is an invoice or payment. 
  • Reference — Provides the transaction reference number. 
  • Description — Describes the fee or payment transaction. 
  • Method — Indicates the payment method where applicable. 
  • Status — Indicates the transaction status. 
  • Debit — Displays amounts charged to the student account. 
  • Credit — Displays payments credited to the account. 
  • Balance — Displays the resulting balance after the transaction. 

The statement also provides Final Totals, allowing users to review the total debit, total credit, and resulting balance. 

This statement provides a detailed record of the student’s fee activity and can be used when reviewing or confirming the financial history of an individual student.
