Attendance records are based on configured attendance statuses.
For example, the system provides statuses such as:
- P — Present
- A — Absent
- S — Sick
Each status can be configured with a score and with rules determining whether it counts as present or absent.
The status configuration therefore affects how attendance information is classified and summarized within the system.
The dashboard uses these records to calculate attendance information and display the resulting attendance percentage.
