- Total Periods — Displays the total number of period records.
- Class Streams — Displays the number of class streams associated with the period records.
- Teachers — Displays the number of teachers associated with the records.
- Created By — Displays the number of users associated with the creation of the period records.
The Period Register Records section provides the main area for reviewing period information.
Period Filters
The Period Register provides filters for organizing period records.
The available filters include:
- Class Stream — Used to filter period records according to class stream.
- Teacher — Used to filter period records according to teacher.
These filters allow users to narrow the displayed records to the relevant teaching group or teacher.

The displayed columns include:
- Period Number — Identifies the teaching period.
- Lesson — Identifies the lesson associated with the period.
- Class Stream — Identifies the class stream assigned to the period.
- From Time — Displays the beginning time of the period.
- To Time — Displays the ending time.
- Duration — Displays the length of the period.
- Teacher — Identifies the teacher assigned to the period.
The search field allows users to locate period records using information such as the lesson, class, or teacher.
The interface also provides export and printing options including:
