The primary purpose of Fecomas is to provide a centralized system for managing and organizing school operations. Instead of maintaining different activities independently, the system provides dedicated functional areas through which related information and processes can be managed within one application.

The system covers several major areas of school administration, including:

  • Student registration and enrollment
  • Student enrollment reporting
  • School fee and collection management
  • Examination and assessment management
  • Teaching and lesson-related activities
  • Library management
  • Student attendance management
  • Hostel management
  • Asset management
  • Accounting and financial activities
  • Academic and school configuration
  • Communication through SMS functions
  • Approval workflows
  • Reporting and information review

These areas are accessible through the system’s main navigation and are organized into modules and sub-functions. The availability of specific functions may depend on the user’s role, security configuration, and permissions.
