The Asset Reports function provides a reporting interface for reviewing asset information in report form.
The reporting interface provides the following report options:
- Assets Inventory Report — Provides an inventory view of the assets recorded in the system.
- Assets Allocation Report — Provides information relating to asset allocation records.
- Assets Movement History Report — Provides information about the allocation and return history of assets.
The reports are displayed within the system report viewer and can be reviewed using the available report controls.
Assets Inventory Report
The Assets Inventory Report provides a detailed view of the assets recorded in the system.
The report provides information including:
- Asset Code
- Asset Name
- Asset Description
- Asset Category
- Purchase Cost
- LifeSpan (yrs)
- Lifespan (days)
- UsedSpan (days)
- Remaining Span
- Usage Percent
- Asset Value
- Allocated Status
- Condition
The report therefore provides an overview of the asset’s financial value, lifespan, usage, allocation status, and condition.
Assets Allocation Report
The Assets Allocation Report provides information relating to assets and their allocation records.
The report is intended to provide a report-based view of assets according to their allocation information and the asset holders associated with the records.
Assets Movement History Report
The Assets Movement History Report provides a historical view of asset movements between asset holders.
The report provides information including:
- Barcode — Identifies the asset.
- Asset Holder — Identifies the person associated with the allocation.
- Asset Description — Provides the description of the asset.
- Asset Category — Identifies the asset category.
- Lifespan In Days — Displays the asset lifespan in days.
- Used Span — Displays the used lifespan.
- Allocated Status — Indicates whether the asset is allocated or returned.
- Date Allocated — Displays the date on which the asset was allocated.
- Returned Date — Displays the date on which the asset was returned where applicable.
- Usage Percent — Displays the percentage of usage.
- Condition — Displays the asset condition.
This report provides a historical record that can be used to review asset allocation and return activity.
