The Examination module separates assessment setup, score management, reporting, result sheets, analysis, and result release into dedicated functional areas.
The main functions are:
- Manage Assessments — Used to create and manage assessment records.
- Manage Scores — Used to enter, upload, search, and manage assessment scores.
- School Reports — Used to access examination reports and result-related functions.
- Continuous Assessment Reports — Used to review continuous assessment performance.
- MID/MOCK School Reports — Used to generate reports for applicable mid-term or mock examinations.
- MID/MOCK Result Sheets — Used to access result sheets for applicable assessments. End of Term School Reports — Used to generate end-of-term school reports.
- End of Term Result Sheets — Used to access end-of-term result sheets.
- Exam Analysis Summary — Used to review examination performance analysis.
- Examination Release Records — Used to manage and monitor the release of examination results.
This structure allows users to progress from assessment configuration, through score capture, to report generation and result release.
