The Attendance module organizes attendance activities into separate functional areas.
The main navigation options are:
- Dashboard — Provides a summary of attendance for the selected term and date.
- Take Attendance — Used to capture daily student attendance.
- Registers — Used to search and review attendance registers.
- Student Calendar — Used to review attendance through a student-focused calendar.
- Reports — Used to generate quick and comprehensive attendance reports.
- Statuses — Used to configure attendance statuses.
- School Calendar — Provides access to the school calendar area.
- Settings — Used to configure attendance rules and thresholds.
In addition, the system provides an Attendance Scanner for barcode or QR-based attendance capture.
