The Fecomas dashboard provides a consolidated view of selected information from different areas of the school system.
The dashboard displayed in the system includes summary indicators for:
- Enrolled Students — Displays the number of enrolled students for the displayed academic period.
- Active Teachers — Displays the number of active teachers.
- Exams Administered — Displays the number of examinations administered.
- Graduated Students — Displays the number of graduated students.
The dashboard also contains an Active Term Enrollment Chart, which provides a visual representation of enrollment across classes.
An additional Inventory Snapshot provides a quick view of school resources. The Assets section presents asset status information such as new, fair, obsolete, and disposed items, while the Books Inventory section presents information including available, borrowed, missing, and total books.
These dashboard elements provide users with a high-level overview of selected information without requiring them to open each individual module.
