The Security module provides tools for managing user accounts, system roles, permissions, password resets, and student examination PIN codes within the Fecomas School Management System.
The module provides a centralized security and access-control environment where schools can determine which users can access the system and what operations each user is permitted to perform.
The Security module is accessible from the main navigation panel and contains the following functional areas:
- User Management — Used to create, view, search, edit, and manage system user accounts.
- Roles Management — Used to create and manage user roles.
- Role Permission Management — Used to assign specific system permissions to roles.
- Password Reset Management — Used to securely reset passwords for system users.
- Student Exam Pin Code — Used to view and manage student examination PIN information.
The Security module works together with the role and permission system to provide schools with control over access to different areas of the application.
