The End of Term School Reports function provides access to end-of-term school report generation.
The interface provides separate selections for:
- End of Term School Report JCE
- End of Term School Report MSCE
- End of Term School Report PRIMARY
The user can search for and select the relevant student from the available list.
After selecting the required record, the interface provides actions including:
- Send Results — Used to send the selected examination results.
- Download Excel — Used to download the relevant report information in Excel format.
The student selection list identifies students together with their class and academic year information, allowing the user to locate the required report.
