This documentation is intended to provide a comprehensive reference for the Fecomas School Management System. It covers the system interface, navigation, modules, screens, forms, controls, actions, workflows, reports, configuration options, and other functions available to authorized users.

The documentation is organized so that users can first understand the overall structure of Fecomas and then progress into the individual functional areas of the system.

Each major module will be documented according to a consistent structure. Where applicable, the documentation will explain:

  • The purpose of the module
  • The purpose of each screen
  • Navigation to the screen
  • Fields and information displayed
  • Buttons and available actions
  • Menus and submenus
  • Search and filtering functions
  • Data entry procedures
  • Validation and required information
  • Confirmation messages
  • Error messages
  • Reports and outputs
  • User permissions and access considerations
  • Complete workflows for common operations
  • Relationships between related functions

Screenshots will be used throughout the documentation to provide visual references for the interface. Important screens, menus, forms, buttons, dialogs, reports, and system states will be captured and labelled so that users can easily identify the corresponding elements within the live system.

The objective is not only to describe what each part of Fecomas does, but also to provide sufficient visual and functional information for a user to understand where a function is located, how it is accessed, what information it requires, what actions are available, and what result should be expected after the action is completed
