After creating a budget, the next step is to define budget items. These items represent specific areas where funds will be allocated, such as supplies, maintenance, or operational costs.

To add budget items, select the created budget and begin entering individual items along with their allocated amounts. This allows the system to track spending at a detailed level.

The system also allows administrators to update budget items whenever necessary. Adjustments can be made to reflect changes in priorities or financial needs, ensuring that the budget remains flexible and relevant.
