To allocate a student, navigate to the Hostel Allocation section and create a new allocation record. You will need to select the student, choose the hostel, and assign a room. Once saved, the student is officially allocated to that space.
The system keeps track of all allocations, making it easy to see which rooms are occupied and which are available. This helps administrators manage capacity effectively and avoid overcrowding.
If changes are required, allocations can be updated or removed. This is useful when students move between rooms or leave the hostel.
