Selected Term Status

The School Fees Reports area provides a Selected Term Status section containing a summary of the selected term’s financial position. 

The section provides report output options, including: 

• Copy — Copies displayed information. 
• Excel — Exports the information to Excel. 
• PDF — Generates a PDF version. 
• Print / Word — Provides an option to print or output the information in a Word-compatible format. 

The term status table provides information relating to the selected term, including total fees, collected amounts, balance, payment percentage, and overall status. 

The section also provides report actions such as: 

• Summary Report — Provides a summary view of the selected term. 
• Per Category — Provides fee information grouped according to fee category. 

These options allow users to review the financial position of a term at different levels of detail.
