The Fecomas School Management System is an integrated school administration and management platform designed to support the day-to-day operations of a school through a centralized digital environment. The system brings together a range of academic, administrative, financial, student, resource, and reporting activities, allowing authorized users to manage school information and operational processes from a single platform.

The Fecomas School Management System provides a structured interface through which different areas of school management can be accessed and administered. The application uses a centralized dashboard and navigation structure that allows users to move between the various functional areas of the system according to their assigned responsibilities, roles, and access permissions.

The Fecomas dashboard serves as the main overview page after entering the system. It provides a summary of important school information and operational indicators, including enrolled students, active teachers, examinations administered, and graduated students. The dashboard also provides an Active Term Enrollment Chart, which presents enrollment information across classes, together with an Inventory Snapshot containing information relating to school assets and books inventory.

The dashboard therefore acts as an initial point of reference for users, allowing them to obtain a quick overview of selected school activities and information before accessing the detailed functions available throughout the system.
