Overview 

The Assets module is used to manage school assets, asset categories, asset allocations, asset holders, asset locations, asset conditions, and asset reporting within the Fecomas School Management System. 

The module provides a centralized environment for registering school assets, organizing assets according to categories, monitoring asset lifespan and current value, recording asset allocations and returns, and reviewing asset information through reports. 

The Assets module is accessible from the main navigation panel and contains the following functional areas: 

• Asset Management — Used to register, search, export, edit, and monitor school assets. 
• Asset Category — Used to create, search, export, edit, and manage asset category records. 
• Asset Allocation — Used to manage assigned assets, asset holders, locations, returns, and asset condition records. 
• Asset Reports — Used to generate and review asset inventory, allocation, and movement history reports. 

The availability of specific actions within these areas depends on the permissions assigned to the user’s account.
