Overview 

The Hostels module is used to manage school hostel information, hostel rooms, room capacities, and the allocation of students to hostel rooms within the Fecomas School Management System. 

The module provides a centralized environment for creating and managing hostels, defining rooms within each hostel, monitoring room capacity and available space, and recording student hostel allocations. 

The Hostels module is accessible from the main navigation panel and contains the following functional areas: 

• Hostels Management — Used to create, view, search, edit, and manage hostel records. 
• Rooms Management — Used to create and manage rooms assigned to hostels and monitor their capacity and available space. 
• Hostel Allocation — Used to allocate students to hostel rooms and manage existing allocation records. 
• Hostel Reports — Used to access hostel-related reporting functions. 

The availability of specific actions within these areas depends on the permissions assigned to the user’s account.
