Overview

The Examination module is used to manage assessments, capture examination scores, generate examination reports, manage examination result sheets, release examination results, and review examination performance. 

The module provides a centralized environment for managing examination-related activities from the creation of assessments through score entry and reporting. It also provides functions for releasing examination results and making the resulting information available through the relevant school reports. 

The Examination module is accessible from the main navigation panel and contains the following functional areas: 

• Manage Scores — Provides access to assessment score records and score-entry functions. 
• Manage Assessments — Used to create and manage assessment record
• School Reports — Provides access to examination reports, result sheets, and examination analysis. 

The availability of specific functions and actions depends on the permissions assigned to the user’s account.
