Overview 

The Fees module is used to manage student fee billing, invoices, fee balances, fee collection transactions, other fee-related collections, and fee reporting within the Fecomas School Management System. 

The module provides a centralized environment for recording financial obligations assigned to students, monitoring payments made against those obligations, identifying outstanding balances, managing collection transactions, and reviewing fee information through reports. 

The Fees module is accessible from the main navigation panel and contains the following functional areas: 

• Invoices — Used to generate, view, search, export, edit, and manage student invoices. 
• Fees Balances — Used to monitor student fee balances, payment status, payment percentages, and term statements. 
• Fees Collection — Used to record and manage student fee payment transactions. 
• Other Collections — Used to manage collections that are separate from the standard student fee transactions. 
• School Fees Reports — Used to review and compare fee information through summary and detailed reports. 

The availability of specific actions within these areas depends on the user’s assigned permissions.
