Once invoices have been generated, they become available within the Invoice Records section for review and further management.
The available actions for an individual invoice allow authorized users to perform the operations provided by the system for that record.
The invoice management interface therefore provides a complete view of the billing position associated with each student, including current-term fees, previous-term fees, total billing, payments, outstanding balances, and payment status.
This allows users to identify students with unpaid or partially paid invoices and monitor the progress of fee settlement.
