Fees Collection Transaction Actions

Each collection transaction provides an actions menu containing operations that can be performed on the selected transaction. 

The available actions shown in the system include: 

• Edit Transaction — Allows the authorized user to modify the selected collection transaction. 
• Print Receipt — Generates a printable receipt for the selected payment transaction. 
• Reverse Transaction — Provides the option to reverse the selected collection transaction. 

The reversal function should be used carefully because it affects the recorded fee collection transaction and consequently the student’s financial position.
