Accounting Reports 

The Accounting module provides reporting functions for reviewing financial information. 

The main report functions demonstrated within the module include: 

• Budget Monitoring Report — Used to review budget performance and spending. 
• Income Statement Report — Used to review income information for a selected term. 
• Expenses Report — Used to review expense details and spending. 

Income Statement Report 

The Income Statement Report provides a report interface for selecting an accounting term and reviewing the generated income information. 

The Report Filter section provides a Select Term field. 

The selected term determines the income information included in the generated report. 

The Generated Report section provides an area where the resulting report can be reviewed. 

Expenses Report 

The Expenses Report provides access to expense information and spending details. 

The report allows users to review expense information recorded through the Expense Requests function. 

Latest Completed Expenses Report 

The Accounting Dashboard also provides access to the latest completed expense information for the selected term. 

The displayed information can be copied, exported to Excel or CSV, generated as a PDF, or printed according to the user’s requirements.
