Accounting Module Navigation 

The Accounting module organizes financial activities into separate functional areas so that users can manage different stages of the school’s financial process. 

The main functions are: 

• Accts Dashboard — Used to monitor the financial position of a selected term. 
• Budget — Used to create and monitor school budgets. 
• Income — Used to record and manage income transactions. 
• Expense Requests — Used to create and manage expenditure requests. 
• Expense Approvals — Used to review expense requests requiring approval. 
• Accounting Reports — Used to review financial information through budget, income, and expense reports. 

This structure allows users to move from financial monitoring and budgeting, through income recording and expenditure management, to financial reporting.
